Wanda Kilbourne has over 20 years experience in executive search at international firms and small boutiques and as an independent contractor to retained search and corporate clients. She has performed searches for marketing, sales, finance, manufacturing, engineering, human resources and information technology executives across a broad cross-section of industries.
She is highly skilled at electronic and internet research and specializes in developing precisely targeted candidates, thoroughly screened for experience and interest. She has experience handling the search process from initial strategy to final candidate presentation and interacts professionally with both clients and candidates.
Ms. Kilbourne holds a BA from Arizona State and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
